Trust in the opening of your Heart dear ones. The heart opens a little at a time-- with each wave of opening comes a wellspring of emotion from the heart. You feel it in the middle of your chest it bursts forth as if you are a rose beginning to blossom or a woman in labor... the wave fills you with Love and a sense of gratitude and knowing that you are within the Heart.
The vistas around you change in form. Sharp edges soften and you begin to see a field of interconnection as if you are a tree in a forest of trees-- each tree's roots touch the roots of other trees and at times each tree shares each other roots. Everything upon this Earth that you reside upon is interconnected. No thing is wasted--- it is all here for a reason. You are here for a reason, dear Heart. I Love You, dear hearts.
All is well. All is matters of the Heart fore all that matters are matters of the Heart. Breath as your heart opens. Breath with each wave of opening with each contraction of the Heart.
